Refund Policy's

If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, please feel free to contact us. 

 

We will accept return goods and exchange:

 

1.If the goods are confirmed for bad quality, we accept refunds & exchange.

 If exchange only, We can only exchange for goods of the same style or same price.

2.The product must be postmarked no later than 7 business days from the day you received it, at this time you need to inform us if you want to return & exchange,including your order NO. and the reason you want to return or exchange. If the goods have been defective.

3. After we confirm that you can return the goods by POST, DHL, and you must email us with a tracking number after your product has been sent out.

4. After we received the goods which you return, then we will process the refund or exchange for you. 

5. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for exchange of goods.

6. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.

Please Note:

Swimwear cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
